Ingredients

  • Coconut - 1cup
  • Jaggery - 1 cup
  • Cardamom - 1 tsp
  • WAter - 1/4 cup

Preparation

  • Heat pan add coconut roast for 3 min
  • Heat jaggery, water in a pan cook until 1 string consistency or soft balls consistency
  • add roasted coconut, cardamom powder cook until thick [Apr5 min] and the mixture start leaving the pan like sticky cosnistency & cut off heat. Then let it cool.
  • Then make equal size ladoos from the mixture.
  • Roll over each ladoos on the remaining Desiccated coconut & store it in an airtight container
