Congee Rice

Ingredients

Rice- 1 Cup
Water- 5 Cups
Pepper- 1 tsp
Green Chilli- 1
Curry Leaves- Few

Preparation

  • Soak rice for few minutes and wash it.
  • Boil five cups of water in a thick pot.
  • Put rice and cook well.
  • dont drain the remaining water
  • Mix pepper powder, curry leaves and slit green chilli.
  • Its good when you recover from fever or cold.
  • The excess rice water called Congee
