Ingredients

  • Potato - 3
  • Garlic -1 tbsp
  • Pizza seasoning - 1 tbsp
  • Red chilli flakes -1 tbsp
  • Pepper powder -1 tsp
  • Corn flour - 1/4 cup
  • Maida 1 or 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for deep frying

Preparation Method

  • Wash peel off the potato skin
  • Cut into small cubes, put it in a water soak it for 5 min
  • Heat pan, add garlic saute for 50 sec
  • Then add potato, pizza seasoning , salt, pepper, red chilli flakes, saute for 3 min
  • Add corn flour, maida, water mix well make dough
  • Place dough in a butter sheet, rollout into thick sheet
  • cut into rectangle shape, shape the edges
  • Place it in freeze r for 30 min or overnight or instantly fry
  • Heat oil, drop it, deep fry or shallow fry until crisp and golden brown on medium hot oil
  • Once its ready, drain on absorbent paper, serve hot with sauce
