Ingredients

• Spaghetti pasta - 1 cup
• Oil - 1 tbsp
• Butter - 2 tbsp
• Garlic - 4 cloves [finely chopped]
• Onion - 3 tbsp [FInely chopped]
• Red chilli flakes - 2 tbsp
• PAsta seasoning - 3 tbsp
• Wheat flour/maida- 1.5 tbsp
• Milk - 1 cup [250 ml]
• Water - 1.5 cup
• Cheese - 3 tbsp
• Pepper - 1 tsp
• Salt to taste

Preparation

• Boil spaghetti with salt and oil, Oce turned soft drain water completely
• Heat pan add oil & butter
• Add garlic, onion,capsicum, red chilli flakes, pasta seasoning saute
• Add wheat flour saute for a min
• Add milk, water, cook till slightly thick
• Add spaghetti, salt, mix well
• Cover lid, cook for 3 whistles
• Add seasoning, pepper, red chilli flakes, cheese mix well
• Then serve hot with egg

White sauce spaghetti pasta

Boil water, add salt

add oil 1 tbsp

Durum wheat

Perfect pasta

Boil until soft

Boil 90 percent

Drain water

Perfectly cooked

After draining spaghetti pasta

Add garlic

Add onion, capsicum

Add pasta seasoning

saute for 1 min, remove it from pan

Add butter, wheat flour or maida

Roast until you get nice aroma

Add milk and water graduyally without lumps

Add more milk

add salt

Add pepper, red chilli flakes, pasta seasoning

Add spaghetti pasta

Cook for 2 min

Cut off heat

Add sauted onion, garlic, capsicum

Add red chilli flakes, pepper

Add pasta seasoning
