Main Ingredients

  • Paneer - 250 gram
  • Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
  • Garam masala powder - 1 tsp
  • Ginger & Garlic paste - 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for deep frying
  • Bread crumbs - 1/4 cup
  • For batter:-
  • Maida - 1/4 cup
  • Corn flour - 3 tbsp
  • Rice flour - 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Water as required

Preparation

  • Cut paneer into rectangle shape
  • Marianate with Red chilli powder, Garam masala powder, Ginger & Garlic paste, salt for 30 min to 1 hour
  • In a bowl add Maida, Corn flour, Red chilli powder, salt mix well, make slightly thick flowing consistency batter
  • Dip paneer into batter, coat with breadcrumbs, freeze it for 30 min or instantly fry
  • Heat oil in a pan, deep fry until crispy and golden brown
  • Once ready, drain on absorbent paper, serve hot with any sauce
