How to make Leftover rava upma kurkure video


Ingredients

  • Leftover rava upma -1 cup
  • Cooked Rice - 1 cup
  • Tomato Red chilli sauce - 1 tbsp
  • Maida - 2 tbsp
  • Corn flour - 1 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves - 1 spring
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for deep frying

Preparation

  • In a mixie jar add left over rava upma, cooked rice, tomato chilli sauce, salt, coriadner leaves, maida, corn flour mix well.
  • Put this mixture into zip lock cover
  • Heat oil in a pan, squeeze over oil, deep fry till crispy and golden brown
  • Once its ready, remove from oil, drain on absorbent paper
  • Serve hot with tomato sauce, chilli sauce or green chutney
