Sev raita | Oma podi thayir pachadi | bhujia raita

Ingredients
- Sev[Oma podi] – ¼ cup
- Curd / Yogurt – 1 cup [fresh]
- Roasted cumin powder– ½ tsp
- Red chilli powder – ¼ tsp
- Ginger & green chilli –1 tbsp [finely chopped]
- Coriander leaves – 1 spring[chopped]
- Salt to taste
Method
- In a bowl add fresh curd beat/ whisk well then add salt.
- Add red chilli powder, roasted cumin powder, green chilli, ginger, coriander leaves mix well.
- Finally add sev & serve immediately with chapathi or pulao, biryani
