Ingredients

  • Long grain basmati rice– 1 cup [Boiled]
  • Sweet corn – ½ cup [Boiled]
  • Schezwan chutney – 4 tbsp [For kids:- Use only 1 tbsp]
  • Onion – 1 [finely chopped]
  • Garlic - 3 Cloves [finely chopped]
  • Coriander leaves – 1 spring [finely chopped]
  • Groundnut oil – 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Preparation

  • Heat oil in a pan add garlic, onion sauté till light brown
  • Add boiled sweet corn, Schezwan chutney sauté gently.
  • Add basmati rice sauté well for 2 to 3 min.
  • Finally add coriander leaves. Then cut off heat & serve immediately

Tip

  • For variations:-You can add any veg toppings like sauted mushrooms, tofu, spinach, paneer, green peas or broccoli.
  • You can add lemon juice
