Coconut milk - 1 cup
Nutmeg (Optional) - a small flake (Optional, Nutmeg brings sleep. So minimize the usage or don’t use)
Cashew nuts - 10
Ghee - 1/4 cup
Jaggery - 100gms
* Readymade ada is available in all grocery stores. But here we make ada in a traditional way.

Instead of coconut milk ordinary milk can be used.
Tips
Add saffron for better taste.
