Most of the kids don’t like protein rich items such as peas, chick peas, red kidney beans etc., but almost all the kids love noodles. This is unusual combination of mixing noodles with Rajma. Rajma goes with noodles very well. Kids would love it.

Ingredients

Rajma gravy

  • Boiled Rajma - ½ cup
  • Noodles Masala Powder - ½ pocket
  • Onion chopped - 1
  • Tomato chopped - 1
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil - 2 tbsp

Noodles

  • Noodles - 150 gram
  • Noodles masala - ½ Pocket
  • Tomato sauce - 1 tbsp
  • Chilli sauce - ½ tsp
  • Coriander [chopped] - 2 tbsp
  • Celery [chopped] - 1 tbsp
  • Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
  • Rajma stock - 200 ml

Method

  • Boil rajma. Then boil noodles in rajma stock.
  • Heat pan with oil then add onion, tomatoes sauté gently. Then add rajma, beans, celery & sauté gently then add salt, sprinkle noodles masala.
  • Add boiled noodles sauté gently then chilli sauce, chopped coriander and lemon juice mix well. Serve hot with tomato sauce.
