Ingredients

  • Mint [Pudina]– 3 springs
  • Curd / Yogurt – 1 cup [fresh]
  • Roasted Cumin powder – ½ tsp [Dry roast cumin seeds, let it cool & grind to fine powder in a stone mortar.
  • Ginger - 1 tbsp
  • Green chilli - 1 [finely chopped]
  • Salt to taste

Method

  • Add mint leaves, green chilli and ginger in a mixie jar, finely grind
  • In a bowl add fresh curd beat/ whisk well then add salt.
  • Add ground pudina mixture, roasted cumin powder mix well.
  • Serve immediately with chapati or pulao, biryani
