Ingredients

  • Wheat flour [Atta] – 1 cup
  • Pudina – ½ [finely chopped]
  • Ghee- 2 tbsp
  • Oil – 1 tbsp
  • Water as needed.

Method

  • In a bowl, add wheat flour, salt, ghee, pudina, water then knead it & make soft dough.
  • Then cover it & leave it for 15 to 20 min. Divide the dough into equal size balls.
  • Sprinkle flour then roll out each ball in to thin chapatti.
  • Heat iron dosa tawa then place pudina chapatti on it, pour 1 tbsp of oil & cook both side.
  • Then cut off heat serve hot with any gravy, pickle, raitha or cucumber.
