Ingredients

  • Moong dal[pasi paruppu] – 2 tbsp
  • Toor dal – ½ tbsp
  • Bengal gram – 1 tbsp
  • Urad dal – ½ tbsp
  • Dry red chilli – 1
  • Coconut – 2 tbsp [grated]
  • Coriander seeds – ½ tbsp
  • Cumin seeds – ½ tbsp
  • Peppercorns - 5
  • Oil – 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Preparation Method

  • Heat pan with oil then roast all ingredients
  • Cool it and put roasted ingredients, & salt in a mixer jar then coarsely grind.
  • Sprinkle gingelly oil & serve with rice.
